New Buffalo Impact (NBI) is a not-for-profit company established to assist homeowners, both single family and multi-family, to achieve energy savings in their homes…the single most important home improvement a homeowner can make.
An EnergyStar partner and BPI Accredited Partner, NBI has helped thousands of WNY homeowners since 1998. Our certified, trained, home energy improvement experts treat your home with respect and care.
NBI provides the processes, home energy savings experience, and home improvement expertise necessary to help homeowners: reduce their energy burden, and cut home energy bills; improve the long term value and return on home ownership investment; and, provide for a more comfortable, and safe, living environment.
NBI uses an exclusive WholeHouse Approach to Energy Savings to inform, educate, and implement a well rounded energy savings program. NBI also works with homeowners to determine eligibility for energy related home improvement financial assistance. If qualified, NBI provides hands on help in acquiring the financial assistance.
NBI's WholeHouse approach attacks rising energy costs on all fronts, tailoring solutions to the needs of each homeowner. NBI conducts a detailed energy audit, and then reviews the findings with the homeowner. The small fee for the audit is fully absorbed when NBI does the actual energy savings work.
