The NBI WholeHouse Comprehensive Home Energy Audit
The audit includes an examination of your energy usage and expenses; a walk through visual inspection of your house; an in depth evaluation by using high tech diagnostic equipment and testing such as the blower door test, infrared meter and additional equipment. During the audit, the auditor will pinpoint where your house is losing energy. Audits also determine the efficiency of your home's heating and cooling systems. An audit may also show you ways to conserve hot water and electricity.
Once our audit is complete you will receive a detailed report and a suggested scope of work designed to address your concerns and energy needs so that you can be more comfortable and energy safe as well as saving money on your heating and cooling.
When it's time to get the work done, we cover all the bases from insulation and air sealing to windows and doors, heating and cooling systems. We even upgrade your appliances to more energy efficient ones. We don't outsource. We get the work done ourselves.
We also sit down with you and discuss your scope of work so you will clearly understand, before you commit. Then, we'll see if you qualify for energy assistance grants which can pay up to 50% of your energy home improvement!
